Order cancellation/ modifications
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. All orders can be cancelled 12 hours after an order is placed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 * Please note that we will deduct 5.9% + $0.60 for order cancelation due to the fee incurred by our payment gateway.

We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of BT21FANS  (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of BT21FANS

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or email us at [email protected]
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected by BT21FANS, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Please note that:

Returned products must be in new, unused condition
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to BT21FANS.

WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERY BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or birthday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month where the special day is going to occur. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
